Dandelion Nook was created from a love of stationery and all things cute! We believe that everything in life can be special, even the simple things!

All orders are shipped from Toronto Canada, we try to dispatch all orders within 2-4 business days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are based on size and weight of your order.

Lost packages: Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your package. If your order doesn't arrive within the specified shipping times, please contact us so we can investigate.

Tariffs and Duties: Many of our items are sourced from overseas, packages shipped outside of Canada may incur duties, taxes and/or customs fees etc. and are the SOLE responsibility of the buyer. 

Incorrect Address: We encourage double checking that your shipping address is entered correctly prior to placing your order. If you have placed an order with the incorrect address please contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct it before your order is shipped. After your order has been dropped off at the post office we cannot recover your package, in the event that it is returned to us we will contact you to discuss further steps.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds if you do not contact us about a missing package within 8 weeks of when the package was shipped.

Dandelion Nook is not liable for lost/stolen/damaged packages by the local post unless shipping insurance is purchased and proof of liability is provided to process the claim. We also cannot be held accountable for delays due to weather, pandemics, customs, or local postal issues/strikes.

If there is an issue with your order please contact us and we will try our best to sort out a resolution.

Please note:

- We can only offer refunds up to 10 days of customers receiving their order.

- Items must be unused and in unopened condition.

- Items must be received to Dandelion Nook in their original condition, and in sealed packaging for a refund to be issued.

If you'd like to return items, please contact us first. Please be aware that you're in charge of the shipping fees to return the package to us securely.
